Consultation & Health: Require clients to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy. A full consultation will take place at your patch test or appointment.
Patch Tests: Treatments involving colour (tint) or chemicals (lash lift/lamination solutions), require a patch test 24–48 hours prior. Failure to attend will result in cancellation without refund.
Child Policy: due to Health & Safety Legislation and Local Authority Licensing Restrictions, Children should not be brought along to your appointment.
